Experience ultimate relaxation in our custom Saunum Finnish saunas, available as private rooms or communal suites. Kept at a therapeutic 85-95°C, our saunas are ideal for unwinding, enhancing sleep, and aiding recovery, integrating perfectly into any routine.

INFRARED SAUNA
Experience a deeper, longer sweat in our Sunlighten Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna, kept at a comfortable 70-80°C. Our infrared heaters emit both far and short waves of infrared light, delivering a unique heat experience.
For your entertainment, our sauna comes standard with a built-in HIFI stereo & Netflix/Music capabilities. We recommend sessions of 20-30 minutes, 1-5 times per week. Enhance your experience by pairing it with an ice bath, tailored breathwork, or a light massage.
