We offer a unique introduction to ice baths to help you unlock the amazing benefits of cold water immersion.

We recommend a daily ice bath of anywhere between 1-5 minutes depending on exposure level and ability. These can be paired with our range of sauna experiences for a tailored Contrast Therapy Session.

Relax and unwind in our custom made top of the range traditional Finnish saunas by Saunum Saunas. We cater for all needs offering both a private room or communal suite offering. Whether unwinding after a long day or wanting to optimise sleep and recovery, sauna is an ideal complement to any daily routine. We keep our traditional saunas nice and hot between 85-95 degrees Celsius for maximum therapeutic benefit.

We recommend 10-15 minutes 3-5 times per week. This can be accompanied with an ice bath in between, tailored breathwork or some light massage.

Our Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is kept at a lower 70-80 degrees Celsius for that deeper, longer sweat.

This sauna uses infrared heaters to emit far and short waves of infrared light experienced as heat.

Our Infrared Sauna by Sunlighten comes as standard with build in HIFI stereo, Netflix/Music capabilities.

We recommend 20-30 minutes 1-5 times per week. This can be accompanied with an ice bath in between, tailored breathwork or some light massage.

The ultimate in luxury recovery - Our private suite hosts a 2-Person Infrared Sauna, along with one of our Custom Made Ice Baths, plus private shower. Concierge can pre-set and tailor the experience to your needs prior to your arrival. These are available to book for an hour or more with various upgrades including massage, rehabilitation or add-on of our traditional sauna access.
